Between midnight and 4:00am, the Athens PD reported fights (4), emergency squad (2), exposure (1), and assaults (2).

They also reported that the "Crowd seemed smaller than last year and was relatively calm. Neighborhood parties were smaller. Colder weather may have had an impact on crowd size and temperament. Odd call was of an unknown man urinating in a female's bedroom. He claimed he was in a friend's apartment in the bathroom when two females walked in on him. He was arrested for underage intoxication."
