No. 1 party school has more Halloween problems than No. 2?
MADISON, WI (NBC) --
For the fourth year in a row police in Madison, WI used pepper spray to bring crowds of over 100 thousand to a standstill on Saturday night.
More than two hundred were arrested.
Most of the arrests were because of alcohol based crimes.
No major injuries or property damage was reported.
Madison is the home of the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
