HOCS EDITORIAL: Court Street Back to Normal, Life to resume

The citizens of Athens are back on their way to normalcy.
Court street resumed operations early this morning.
The street performers are gone, food vendors packed up, and the thousands of visitors have departed the quiet Southeastern Ohio city.
The Legends gang have rested up, compared notes, and put food in their stomachs. All agree, another outstanding halloween for the history books.
