DEVELOPING STORY: Skyview landlord predicts rough weekend, taking extra precautions

Aaron, Skyview landlord, was roaming around his apartment complex today, giving it one last look before the possible destruction of it by wild Halloween party people in the upcoming days.
"This year, it's going to be a rough one," Aaron commented. "Not just Saturday, but tonight included!"
Earlier in the week, Skyview landlords issued the everyone-must-wear-wristbands rule.
As to whether that rule will go into effect TONIGHT than rather than just TOMORROW, no comment was made. (The question wasn't really asked either...)
Sources confirm the Skyview parking lot will be a tight squeeze.
"I also envision that a lot of cars with be towed from the Skyview parking lot tonight," he added, "But we'll be ready for 'em!"
